This role is ideal for motivated technicians who want to advance their automotive career in a fast-paced professional shop environment. As an Experienced Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, brake and tire service, diagnostics, repairs, and road testing to ensure vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently. Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan – with a generous employer contribution Comprehensive Health & Dental Insurance – coverage for you and your family Opportunities for Growth – multiple career paths across our regional network Employee Discounts – preferred pricing on vehicles and services Air-Conditioned Shop – climate-controlled workspace for year-round comfort Continuing Education Benefits – courses and certifications to build your skill set Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes, rotate tires, and top-off fluids Conduct brake, tire, and safety inspections; document results using electronic/video MPI systems Diagnose mechanical issues and perform both minor and major repairs Road-test vehicles to confirm service quality and verify repairs Replace components such as brakes, batteries, belts, lights, and other wear items Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately and legibly Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service Qualifications Prior automotive technician experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Schedule Monday – Friday
