Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9.5 Experience: 2 Years Required License: South Carolina Licensed Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Required Must-Have: - IV start - Circulate - Telemetry - Conscious Sedation - Hemodynamic monitoring - PACS experience preferred Description: The position includes working in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. The schedule is for days, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional requirement to work extra shifts. Call requirements involve rotating evening, nights, weekends, and holidays. Call typically consists of 1-2 days per week and every third weekend. Call starts at the end of the shift and may extend until 6 AM on weekdays or 7 AM on Fridays. Weekend call starts at 7 AM on Saturday and ends at 7 AM on Sunday. The role entails caring for adult patients with a variety of disease processes. Responsibilities will also include working in the Interventional Radiology holding department. Candidates must have experience with adult patients and procedural areas, including pre- and post-care. Required skills include starting IVs, circulating procedures, and telemetry monitoring. Experience in Meditech EMR is preferred. Candidates must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
