Compensation: $85,000 to $200,000

This role focuses on monitoring the risk and profitability of business written or referred by wholesale broker partners with binding authority, ensuring a well-balanced and profitable book of commercial business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with binding authority producers to ensure consistent, high-quality submission flow.

• Train and guide producers to understand and apply underwriting guidelines independently.

• Review and assess referral submissions for pricing adequacy and appropriate coverage terms.

• Monitor bind policy premium audits for compliance and profitability.

• Take corrective action when needed to maintain a profitable book of business.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4 to 10+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience (level depends on experience).

• Deep knowledge of commercial underwriting coverages and risk evaluation.

• Experience working with wholesale brokerages with binding authority.

• Familiarity with the bind producer distribution system .

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to make calculated, data-driven decisions.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
