Location: Wilmington, NC (in-center) Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No nights or weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
