Key Responsibilities: Input, update, and maintain data in various software applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and take corrective actions when necessary. Organize and prioritize large volumes of data for efficient processing. Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Background check required Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and refined organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively Good communication skills and ability to work well with others. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
