About the Position

Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty License: ARRT (RT) Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: OR and Fluoroscopy experience Description: The department averages 150 exams in a 24-hour period. This position involves conducting both inpatient and outpatient exams. Fluoroscopy exams for both inpatient and outpatient cases are included. Procedures performed may include, but are not limited to, C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams. There is an expectation to work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Additionally, 1 minor holiday is required, which may include the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
