Member Services Representative

Fitness Growth Capital (FGC) Position Crunch is looking for rock star personalities that have strong customer service skills to help close the club on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include: Membership sales Greeting all members and guests with a smile Checking in all members and guests Facilitating messages on club software at member check-in Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner Communicating special events to members and guests Maintaining an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome Facilitating all member requests or forwarding to a manager Maintaining a professional disposition at all times Selling retail products Scheduling member services: tanning, etc. Facilitating payment of member services in accordance with company procedures Knowing club facility, services, and schedules Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting in all projects as delegated by club management Following all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook Compensation: $15.00 per hour Fitness Growth Capital (FGC) is looking for high-energy, positive, and passionate people who are ready to bring the vibes, build a career, and make an impact.
