Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing FacilityARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility (Varied Shift) in Havre, Montana.Location: Havre, MTAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: Rotating, with on-call weekends approximately once a month.Job Description: The Physical Therapist will organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy services that address impairments and functional limitations, ultimately improving the patient's quality of life following injury or disease. The therapist will consider the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs during the assessment and treatment processes.ResponsibilitiesComplete thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and expected outcomes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.Required ExperienceCompletion of a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana and BLS certification.Demonstrated ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients.Certifications/LicensureActive Physical Therapist License in Montana.BLS certification.About ARMStaffing: Founded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
