DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Automation Tester in Minneapolis, MN.Summary:We are looking for an Automation Tester to support the testing and quality assurance of customer-facing online banking applications. This role will focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital banking platforms through a combination of automated and manual testing, with an emphasis on end-to-end customer journeys, functional testing, and regression testing. The ideal candidate will have strong automation testing experience, hands-on expertise with both Playwright and Selenium, a solid Java background, and experience testing online banking applications within a financial services environment.Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Playwright and Selenium* Execute end-to-end, functional, integration, and regression testing for online banking applications* Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive testing strategies* Validate customer-facing online banking functionality and digital user journeys* Identify, document, and track defects through resolution* Analyze test results and provide recommendations regarding application quality and release readiness* Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and quality assurance initiatives* Continuously improve automation coverage, testing processes, and QA best practicesRequirements* 7+ years of Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience* Hands-on experience with both Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks* Strong proficiency in Java* Experience performing: Functional Testing; End-to-End Testing; Regression Testing; Automation Testing* Experience testing online banking, digital banking, or consumer banking applications* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies* Experience working within Agile development environments* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience testing mobile banking applications* Experience working within large enterprise banking or financial services organizations* Experience supporting customer-facing web and mobile applicationsRequired Skills:* Playwright* Selenium* Java* QA Automation* Functional Testing* End-to-End Testing* Regression Testing* Online Banking* Digital Banking* Agile* Recruiter Screening RequirementsJob TypeContractCompensation39 - $54
