Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid) Hire Type: Direct Hire Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead project efforts while coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines. This position is responsible for providing technical leadership, supporting project execution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful engineering projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive mechanical engineering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges. Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering project efforts. Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines. Provide technical leadership throughout project execution. Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Apply strong problem-solving skills to engineering challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience. Project management or project leadership experience preferred. Data center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Software Requirements Experience working with Revit. Proficiency with engineering tools, software, and methodologies. Schedule Hybrid work schedule.
