Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation Up to $93,000 Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA Services across St. Lucie and Martin Counties in home, school, and center-based settings. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments (FBA's, skills assessments, treatment planning). Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide supervision and training to RBTs. Deliver parent training and collaborate with caregivers and school teams. Monitor progress through data analysis and program modification. Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field. Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
