Technical Scrum Master

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams across concurrent releases. This individual will be responsible for delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and Agile coaching, playing a pivotal role in the success of enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop release plans considering scrum team capacity, velocity, and project scope. Manage execution across multiple scrum teams to ensure alignment with committed timelines. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; collaborate across functions to remove blockers. Act as a key liaison between scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders including third-party vendors. Partner with Product Owners to align deliverables with customer expectations using Agile best practices. Create and maintain detailed dashboards/reports to communicate release and sprint progress, dependencies, and risks. Coach and mentor team members and junior Scrum Masters on Agile principles and frameworks. Champion process improvement initiatives to drive Agile maturity and delivery excellence. Experience & Education Requirements: Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical PM leading multiple Agile teams. Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management practices with flexibility to tailor methods as needed. Expertise in SDLC, change management, and cross-functional delivery with multi-disciplinary teams. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex program risks and dependencies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with all levels including executive leadership. Demonstrated coaching and team-building capabilities. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence , and MS Project , plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio. Certifications (Preferred):
