Meanwhile, you’ll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead System Enhancement new product development from concept to launchFacilitate several simultaneous projects of low to medium complexityAudio, Air Movement, Automotive, etc.Work cross-functionally and globally, driving alignment with marketing, design, sourcing, supply, and suppliersMotivate and empower your project team, collaborating to solve technical and logistical problemsDrive various types of tradeoff discussions, pushing for what is right for the user and the businessMonitor & track project progress, communicating effectively to the project team and senior managementIdentify critical path tasks and project risks with moderate supervisionEducation and Experience RequirementsTechnical background (BSME or BSEE)1-3 years of relevant working experience in project managementStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative & fast paced environment, developing business relationships with internal team members and external suppliersCapacity to successfully navigate subjective tradeoffsWillingness for global travel (Asia & Americas) a few times per yearFamiliarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-starter with a strong problem-solving mentalityMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.SummaryLocation: Milwaukee, WIType: Full time
