About the Role Regional Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Location: East Bay (Pleasanton, Piedmont, Walnut Creek) Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non‑Exempt Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:50am - 2:00pm Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the JumpstartMD program. Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration. Ensure up‑to‑date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed. Conduct follow‑up calls and promptly respond to post‑visit inquiries. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care. Support team by assisting with medical and program‑related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training. Qualifications California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program. DEA Registration Certificate. OIG Clearance and NPI number. Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
