Somerset Learning Center is looking for a knowledgeable and reliable High School Math Teacher/Tutor to join our team in Bridgewater/Raritan, NJ. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in students' lives! This position is ideal for a full time math teacher looking to tutor after school, as well as a retired math teacher who wants to continue helping students. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual instruction/tutoring in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus
- Prepare students for math sections of SAT and other standardized tests (we will train)
- Clearly explain math concepts and encourage students
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- State Teaching Certification in math
- 2+ Years Prior math teaching experience
- Convenient location to our office
