Senior Product Manager, Professional Education Training

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Product Manager to develop and execute professional education strategies for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve therapies. The role involves creating training programs, engaging clinical experts, and measuring educational effectiveness across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop professional education programs and strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create and manage training documents and educational tools for product launches
- Engage key opinion leaders to develop strategically aligned program messaging
- Measure training effectiveness through surveys, field feedback, and KOL review
- Manage vendor relationships and drive operational efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus 8+ years in sales, marketing, or healthcare
- Ability to travel up to 50% with one week monthly at Irvine headquarters
- Experience creating training documents and educational tools from planning to execution
- Cardiac echo sonographer credential or equivalent structural heart procedure experience
- Strong project management, Microsoft Office, and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and AdvaMed compliance standards
Compensation: $121,000-$171,000 base (California)
