Company Overview

32Degrees is fast growing international men’s, women’s & kids apparel brand. Each season, 32Degrees offers customers must have key pieces along with fashion forward items through e-commerce and major wholesalers.

Requirement: Legally able to work in US : Greencard & U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

Assist production coordinators with following:

• Purchase Orders creating and maintenance

• Communicate purchase orders to vendor via email as needed – ensure PO receipt & troubleshoot issues.

• Assist and review bulk/sample fabric and trim submissions for approval based on due dates in WIP.

• Maintain and update WIP charts on a daily basis

• Maintain daily Production status charts, track goods on order, in progress and in-transit to ensure timely delivery

• Interact with cross functional team such as Design, Sales, and Operations/Logistics

• Assist in management of samples; Request samples from vendors, maintain sample tracking chart and coordinate sample pass off to sales team/ merchants

• Daily communication with vendors

• Work closely with Accounting/Finance to facilitate vendor invoice reconciliation

• Data Entry management in A2000

• Providing administrative support as needed: filing, copying, mail duties, etc.

• Additional duties and responsibilities as required (special projects)

Qualifications

• Required to be computer proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

• 3-5 yrs experience in Production preferred (but not required)

• Fast pace environment, ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects from front to end

• Extremely motivated with drive and follow-through skills

• Must be detail orientated

• Great interpersonal skills; capable of supporting a team environment

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• Must have good time management and creative problem solving skills

• Ability to adapt and react to changing work environment

• 원활한 구술, 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

• 컴퓨터 활용 능력 우수하신 분 (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• 꼼꼼하고 책임강이 강하고 멀티 태스킹이 가능하신 분

• 미국 내에 취업하는 데 결격 사유가 없는 분

• 팀의 일원으로 팀원들과의 소통이 원활하신 분

우대사항

• 경력: 3년 이상 우대

• Fashion 관련 전공 우대
