What You ll Do

• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based neonatal care
• Participate in stabilization and ongoing treatment planning
• Support clinical decision-making in a high-acuity environment
• Engage in a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
• Provide compassionate care to medically fragile infants and their families

What You Need

• Valid RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Experience in neonatal, critical care, or similar pediatric environments preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts
