The LPN, CMA or MA will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently, assist Providers with clinic procedures, accurately and appropriately document procedures and treatments in the patients' electronic medical record, perform telephone screening and gather information from patients to communicate to the RN or Provider, administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under the direction of the RN or provider, recognize patient's abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance.Schedule (you choose):Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Sartell, MN at Sauk Crossing locationVariable Days | 4 days per week, Variable Days Monday-Friday | 9-hour daysVarious hours between 6:30am-5:15pm depending on provider, No weekends or major holidaysPay and Benefits:LPN starting pay begins at $24.21 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $24.21 – $36.35 per hourCMA starting pay begins at $20.71 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $21.54 - $32.31 per hourMA starting pay begins at $18.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $18.40 – $27.61 per hour$2,500 hiring bonus for LPN, $2,000 hiring bonus for CMA/MA!$5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableFull-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Qualifications:LPN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing requiredCurrent licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota requiredCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policyCMA/RMA Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)American Medical Technologists (AMT)NCMA through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)National Healthcareer Association (NHA)American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policyMA High School diploma or GED andGraduate of medical assisting programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)Or Current certification from American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), NCMA through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).A clinical externship is required for non-certified MA applicants with less than 6 months of MA experience.Current MA certification registration through AAMA or AMT preferredCertification within 6 months of hire date.Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policyTo be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position.
