Strategic COO: Nonprofit Growth & Operations Leader

New Avenues for Youth is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide enterprise-wide leadership across finance, operations, and administrative infrastructure. The role will report to the Executive Director and supervise Directors of Finance and Compliance, HR, IT, Facilities, Quality Assurance, and more.

The COO will connect strategy to execution, strengthen financial and operational discipline, and position the organization for long-term sustainability and mission impact.
