Director, National Accounts

Radiometer seeks a Director of National Accounts to lead strategy and growth across key health system partnerships. This fully remote role manages a team of Health System Executives, drives commercial performance, and oversees national account planning and execution for integrated delivery networks.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Health System Executives team to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
Develop and execute national accounts growth strategy aligned with business objectives
Provide strategic coaching on account planning, healthcare economics, and competitive positioning
Drive accountability through funnel management and Danaher Business System tools
Partner with regional sales managers and cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; MBA preferred
10+ years progressive commercial experience selling healthcare solutions to complex health systems
5+ years leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
Proven track record achieving sales growth and market share expansion
Experience leading contract negotiations with IDNs, GPOs, or large healthcare systems
Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans based on market and customer insights

Compensation: $190,000 - $215,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
