About the Opportunity/Position Highlights

• Manages patients undergoing general, regional and local anesthesia appropriately.
• Develops an appropriate anesthetic plan of care taking into account the patient's medical history and test results.
• Works in conjunction with the anesthesiologist to form an integrated anesthesia care team.
• Performs venous and arterial access procedures as necessary.

Atrium Health Cabarrus: Atrium Health Cabarrus is a regional 457-bed, not-for-profit hospital in Concord, NC. More than 4,200 hospital employees provide services through an extensive inpatient and outpatient network, including Jeff Gordon Children's Center, Hayes Family Center and Batte Cancer Center, part of Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute. Handles over 18,000 cases annually. Specialties include Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, HPB, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedic Trauma, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Plastics, Neuro (no heads), EP, Cath Lab, IR, MRI, Endoscopy, and Bronchoscopy.

About the location/area

Atrium Health Lincoln is located in Lincolnton, NC. Opened in July 2010, Atrium Health Lincoln opened the 101-bed hospital and medical office building at 433 McAlister Road. From the beginning, the beautiful contemporary facility was designed, planned and constructed with the community in mind. Many of the hospital's unique features and programs support this vision including:

• A link to local history with the building's exterior, which contains 300,000 reclaimed bricks from a portion of the Belding-Hausman Mill
