Technical Program Manager

Technical APM (Chicago Local ONLY) Location: Chicago Pay Rate: $50.00/hr on C2C Duration: 6 Months Job Description Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role. Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems engineering, and/or IT infrastructure. Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and leading cross-functional teams to successful completion. Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with the ability to adapt to different team needs. Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on practical and scalable solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability. Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data. Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected. Basic Card Domain knowledge. Should be able to effectively communicate with leadership, influence without authority, and drive initiatives across multiple areas.
