Registered Nurse (RN): Med-Surgical / ER Watford City, ND | $40–$60/hr (depending on experience) (+ shift differentials + OT) Schedule: Full-time. We’re partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Watford City, ND that truly invests in their nurses and supports work‑life balance. They’re hiring an RN to work across Med‑Surg and ER—perfect for a nurse who wants variety, strong teamwork, and real growth (without being stuck in one unit forever). Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across Med‑Surg and ER. Administer medications/treatments, follow physician orders, and document in the EHR. Monitor patient status changes and respond to emergencies. Support admissions, discharges, and transfers and update care plans. Supervise CNAs/NAs/LPNs on shift and assist with new‑hire orientation. Cross‑train and float between ER and Med‑Surg as needed. Qualifications Active RN license (ND or compact). ADN or graduate of an approved RN program. BLS required (or obtain within 3 months). ACLS/PALS/NIHSS required (TNCC preferred; can obtain after hire). Med‑Surg and/or ER experience preferred, not required. Benefits $40–$60/hr (experience-dependent) + differentials + OT opportunities.
