About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery–Warehouse to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery–Warehouse, you will support all phases of warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and documenting raw materials and finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy, food safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10PM – 6:30AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $24 - $25.25

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods safely
• Manage inventory transactions, documentation, and data entry within SAP
• Receive, store, rack, and stage ingredients and finished products according to specifications
• Prepare, verify, and load outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature control and product security
• Support inventory counts, audits, and daily warehouse inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse and freezer environment

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Proficient computer skills, including SAP, Outlook, and Excel
• Documented training on forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High school diploma
• Experience driving a stand-up forklift
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing or bakery environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to frequent production changes
