Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – GERISchedule12 hour day shifts; 7 AM - 7 PM.Assignment DetailsContract length: 8 weeks. Guaranteed hours per week: as specified in the contract.RequirementsActive VA LPN license.12 months of recent LPN experience required.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans.Monitor patient health and document observations.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Assist with patient activities of daily living.Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.Compliance / NotesOrientation will occur during the first couple of hours of the first shift. Holiday requirements as needed by client.
