The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the delivery and pickup of documents, packages, and other items between our office, clients, and various locations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other items promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a log of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure items are handled with care and delivered in pristine condition.
- Communicate effectively with the office team and clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
