Role Key Holder – an integral part of the store’s day‑to‑day operations, working alongside management to create memorable moments for guests in a fun, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead by example and provide top‑notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible. Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures. Support store operations , from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members. Qualifications Previous keyholder or supervisory role experience in retail. Merchandising skills – ability to organize and present products that capture guests’ attention. A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in. Comfortable with a flexible schedule – weekends, evenings, and holidays. Enjoys interacting with guests of all ages and is proactive in showcasing products. Minimum age 21 for Liquor sales. Flexible availability, including morning and evening shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
