We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) around Bloomsburg and surrounding areas!

You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Empower independence and confidence

• Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines

• Assist with transportation for appointments and outings

Compensation & Flexibility

• Up to $18 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules

  • Millville, PA - days
  • Bloomsburg, PA - days
  • Northumberland, PA - days and weekends
  • Kulpmont, PA - overnight weekends
• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
• Mileage reimbursement options

What You Bring as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community
