Maintenance Engineer
A leading commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support medical office buildings.
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), electrical systems, controls, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and life safety systems
Experience with rooftop HVAC, VAV systems, emergency generators, transfer switches, and chemical treatment
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, building upkeep, and emergency response
Manage work orders and maintenance records using computer and mobile applications
Read blueprints and troubleshoot building systems effectively
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Self-directed, dependable team player with a customer-service mindset
