Recruiter Coordinator

Role & responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, functions, and global time zones Support recruiting activities across Israel, the United States, and India Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient and organized interview process Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and white-glove coordination Manage complex scheduling logistics, including executive and panel interviews Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows within the ATS Assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics as needed Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and operational scalability Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred (Greenhouse experience is a plus) Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, recruiters, and hiring teams across global regions Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Satc Marketing
