Salary: $23 - $29.90
We hire for character and train for skill experience preferred but not required.

The schedule works for your life: 2nd Shift, MondayThursday 2:30pm1:00am every weekend is a 3-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday off).

What you'll do
- Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
- Collect data and monitor product conformity
- Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
- Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
- Basic machine maintenance
- Assembly and packing
- 3S Sort, Shine, Standardize
- Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers
What we're looking for
- A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn no experience needed
- Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine
- Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more
- Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office)
Pay & benefits
- $20$26/hr + 2nd shift 15% differential ($23-$29.90)
