Opportunity Details
* Position Type: Full time, 1.0 FTE
* Schedule: Flexible, Can do 8, 9 or 10 hour shifts
* Location: 245 Cherry Street Suite 300 Grand Rapids
* Specialty: Interventional PMR
* Hospital Info: Trinity Health Medical Group & Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
* Team Size: Regional program; 3 total physicians and 1 APP in GR; 2 physicians in MSK; Neuroscience Division in WMI has over 80+ providers
* Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
* Call Requirements: None
* Additional Information:
* PMR Clinica & interventional procedure availability
* EMG (optional)
* Advanced procedures: BVN, spinal cord stimulator trials and placement

Requirements
* Open to new graduates
* Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
* What Fellowship: Interventional spine or pain
* Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
* Providing direct patient care
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Participating in teaching and mentoring
* Documenting in Epic EMR
* Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
* Supporting community health efforts
