Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

We partner with Artemis Research, a principal‑investigator‑focused company specialized in Psychiatry/Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Women’s Health studies. The Role Senior Clinical Research Coordinator – San Diego, CA (Onsite). Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Senior Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for conducting research protocols in compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines and must protect the integrity and quality of the clinical research. The candidate will manage study conduct from planning through study close‑out. Type: Regular Full‑time Employee Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA (no remote work) Reports to: Site Director Pay: $70,304‑75,000/yr (dependent on experience, licenses, education) Work Schedule: Monday & Thursday – 8:30 am‑5 pm / Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 7:00 am‑3:30 pm Responsibilities: In‑depth understanding of Pharmaceutical Sponsor/Industry‑initiated FDA studies and conduct the study with superior quality. Manage all study activities: informed consent, visit procedures per protocol, data entry and query resolution, investigational product management, study supplies and equipment, host monitoring visits, and attend investigator meetings. Provide the highest level of care for study patients and deliver excellent customer service to Pharmaceutical clients. Assist with lab draws, processing, and shipping. Supervise direct reports as required. Mandate willingness to adopt changes or new responsibilities at any time. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Mandated minimum of 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Experience supervising other employees strongly preferred.
