Operations Analyst

Operations AnalystCoho Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support organizational planning, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives for the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at MacDill AFB, FL. The Operations Analyst will assist Government leadership by analyzing organizational metrics, evaluating operational performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic planning efforts that enhance mission effectiveness across the enterprise.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Analyze organizational performance and operational metrics.Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical briefings.Collect and analyze operational data supporting leadership decisions.Monitor organizational performance and identify improvement opportunities.Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical personnel.Maintain operational documentation and reporting tools.Support resource planning and mission analysis activities.Assist with development of performance metrics and dashboards.Participate in operational planning meetings and working groups.Support continuous process improvement initiatives.Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:Security Clearance Active Top-Secret Clearance requiredEducation and Certification: No degree requiredExperience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to interpret and present operational dataDemonstrated Knowledge & Experience:Organizational analysisStrategic planning supportPerformance metrics and reportingOperational process improvementData analysis and visualizationExecutive reportingCross-functional collaboration Copper River Family of Companies
