- Candidates will assemble high-pressure regulators and metal components used in the semiconductor industry because these products support semiconductor manufacturing, all work must be completed in a clean room environment.
- Mechanical assembly experience is required because Medical assembly experience alone is not a fit for this role.
- Assemble products and regulators according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Build complete assemblies from kits, averaging 20-30 units per day.
- Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment.
- Perform helium and functionality testing.
- Package products to meet clean room and shipping standards, including vacuum-sealed packaging.
- Inspect parts and finished products for scratches, dents, and defects.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain clean room standards and follow all safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience using Hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and written instructions.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to torque up to 150 ft/lbs.
