Sales & Service Specialist

Location: Medford, OR | Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Base Salary + Commission/Bonus

As a Sales & Service Specialist , you’ll be the face and voice of our agency. You will connect with customers through face-to-face consultations, phone calls, and digital outreach, delivering remarkable service while identifying smart coverage solutions. What You’ll Do

Put Customers First: Provide personalized, high-touch support during in-person visits, phone conversations, and email interactions.
Drive Sales & Growth: Engage with prospective and existing policyholders to offer tailored insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health) and help them close coverage gaps.
Uncover Opportunities: Master the art of cross-selling by recognizing customer life changes and matching them with the right solutions.
Manage & Retain Accounts: Build lasting relationships by handling policy changes, answering coverage questions, and proactively reviewing accounts.
Exceed Team Goals: Collaborate with a fast-paced agency team to hit combined performance metrics and growth milestones.

What We’re Looking For

Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people, active listening skills, and a welcoming personality.
Sales Drive: A goal-oriented attitude and strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales environment (no prior insurance experience required!).
Licensing Requirement: Willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) upon hire. (We provide guidance and resources to support you through the licensing process!)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all channels (phone, email, and in-person).
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is a major plus.
