Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Contract)

Facility: Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill
Location: Mullica Hill, NJ
Duration: 13 Weeks (08/10/2026 – 11/07/2026)
Shift: Nights | 12 Hours (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Unit Overview

• 20 LDR/Mother-Baby couplet rooms
• 2 OB Operating Rooms (C-Sections)
• 3 OB Emergency Department rooms
• Nurses care for both Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby patients
• AWHONN Ratios: Labor 1:1–1:2 | Couplet Care 1:3

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Mother-Baby/Postpartum couplet care experience preferred
• Active NJ RN License or Compact RN License
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP (must be active at submission)

Orientation

• Full orientation is mandatory .
• Includes virtual onboarding, required education, and unit-specific orientation.
• Failure to complete orientation may result in cancellation of the assignment.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Labor & Delivery RN who is comfortable caring for laboring patients, postpartum mother-baby couplets, and assisting with Cesarean deliveries.
