General Production Worker

General Laborers Needed - Hiring Immediately!Pulling raw material orders, staging them for production, and gradually learning machine operation and other key processes. Entry-level role: Build skills in production, forklifts, and equipment, with clear opportunities to grow into roles such as inside sales and other positions within the organization.Responsibilities:Pull and stage raw materials to support daily production schedules.Assist with production, assembly, and general warehouse activities as needed.Learn to operate production equipment and support machine operators.Organize inventory and move materials throughout the facility safely.Maintain a clean work area while following all safety procedures.Ideal Skills:Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred.Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail when pulling orders and handling materials.Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team.Order picking, inventory, or warehouse experience is a plus.Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipmentAssembly, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
