Processing Operator

Job Description Job Description We are currently hiring an experienced Production Machine Operator 1st and 2nd shift to join our team. This position is responsible for operating, setting up, adjusting, and monitoring production equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Operate capping, labeling, printing, shrink-wrap, grinding, and packaging equipment Load labels, caps, shrink-wrap film, and other production materials Set printers with lot numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or downtime Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Weigh, seal, label, box, and palletize finished products Assemble boxes and cartons using tape guns Load and unload raw materials needed for production Scan materials to maintain accurate inventory Complete production logs and required quality checks Clean and sanitize production equipment and food-contact surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Assist in other production departments as needed Qualifications Previous machine operator or production experience preferred Experience setting up, operating, and adjusting production equipment Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail Ability to follow production schedules and written procedures Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team \nCompany Description Regency Staffing Group is a results-driven staffing and recruiting partner that connects skilled professionals with high-demand employers across multiple industries.
