This role is designed for an attorney with substantial experience handling complex business transactions who is looking to take on a more active role in deal execution, client interaction, and overall matter management. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple sophisticated matters, and values mentorship and long-term professional development.
