Learn more at:**About the Role**The Data Entry Manager I is responsible for overseeing data entry operations and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of business and statistical information. This role manages a team of data entry professionals and is accountable for performance, quality, and alignment with operational and service objectives.**Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage day-to-day data entry operations, including the input and verification of standard and complex coded or uncoded data* Supervise and develop a small team of data entry associates and/or team leads, ensuring high performance and accountability* Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and operational goals* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards* Apply organizational policies and business plans to guide decision-making with moderate oversight* Conduct performance evaluations, set employee objectives, and make compensation recommendations* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to support business needs and service delivery* Manage customer-facing interactions related to data processing, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness**Requirements:*** 3–5 years of experience in data entry, operations, or a related field* Demonstrated people management or team lead experience in a structured environment* Experience operating data entry systems and processing business or statistical data* Working knowledge of technical tools including SQL (querying), SharePoint lists, and Microsoft Excel* Experience in data processing and handling large datasets* Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments**Core Competencies*** Technical proficiency with data tools and systems (SQL, Excel, SharePoint)* Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities* Ability to adapt to changing operational demands and meet deadlines* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and customers**Working for you:**We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
