*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality grooming services with care, efficiency, and breed-standard (or client-preferred) styles
* Support and mentor groomers and bathers through hands-on guidance and daily feedback
* Help oversee scheduling, time management, and daily flow of grooming appointments
* Ensure a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for both pets and team members
* Communicate with clients clearly and kindly to understand and meet grooming expectations
* Help enforce grooming policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
* Assist with onboarding and training of new groomers and support staff
* Collaborate with management to set goals, address challenges, and improve operations
* Work the front desk one day per week to assist with customer service, review inventory, and reorder necessary grooming products and supplies

*Requirements*

* Minimum 3+ years professional grooming experience (dog grooming required; cat grooming a plus)
* Strong portfolio of grooming work and breed knowledge
* Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a grooming or pet care setting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Calm, confident handling skills with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments

* 55% Commission on all grooms + 100% tips + frequent bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
