Personal Banker - Moneyline Contact Center

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.

Full Time- OKC -*Onsite

Required shift: Full Time position - Onsite position/ Shift Hours-- 7 am to 4 pm (M-F)

Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday.

$5.00/Shift differentials are available for certain hours:

Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p.

Position Requirements:

Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations.

Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of banking products and procedures are a plus.
• Typing test required 30 wpm.

• Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills are a plus.

Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour.

• Anniversary Bonus - Paid after the first year and third year of continuous employment within Personal Banking, you will be eligible to receive $1,500 at (1yr.) and $5,000 at (3yr.), less applicable taxes. You must be actively employed in Personal Banking through the anniversary date in order to be eligible to receive it.
