Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help attract top talent while supporting every step of the hiring process. From reviewing applications and coordinating interviews to assisting with onboarding activities and candidate communications, you'll play a key role in helping us build exceptional teams. What You'll Do: Screen applications and coordinate interviews Facilitate pre-employment assessments and background screenings Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing Share information about our culture, benefits, and career opportunities Collaborate with HR, Training, and Employee Engagement teams Support reporting, compliance, and recruiting initiatives What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of recruiting, HR, or related administrative experience Experience working in a professional office environment Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Paycom preferred) Why CAMPUS USA Credit Union?
