• Monday Friday schedule, 8 am 5 pm with triage call only
• 45-minute to 1-hour appointments for quality patient time
• Dedicated geriatric patient panel in a team-based environment
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
• X-ray and labs on-site for streamlined patient care
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care preferred
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines a plus
• DEA required; able to start upon credentialing
