Job Description:

This position requires the RN to work in all patient units, including Med Surg and ER, at a Critical Care Access facility. The role involves handling an average IP census of 3-5 patients and requires flexibility in staffing arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Work in Med Surg and ER units, sharing patient load with the team.
• Provide necessary patient care, adapting to varying staff compositions on shifts.

Requirements:

• Must have ER and Med Surg experience listed in work history at time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required (must be through AHA); NRP is highly preferred.
