Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Brookhaven, United States. In this role, you will support our management team in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting both team members and customers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies and procedures
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to foster professional development
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs
• Monitor team performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Assist in training new team members during onboarding and ensure they understand company standards and expectations
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on operational activities, sales performance, and team metrics
• Coordinate communication between departments and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws
• Contribute to inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and team engagement
