AZ - Order Fulfillment Associate

Warehouse Associate Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 The Warehouse Associate is responsible for closing and preparing all outbound orders from the warehouse, including Surplus Orders, Repairs, and RMAs coming from the PLC Center QA Production Department. This role ensures all items are accurately processed, properly packaged, and meet Radwell quality and shipping standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure items are clean, quantities are correct, and conditions match Pick Tickets Remove all previous labels except OEM labels Protect monitor screens with cardboard to prevent scratching during shipment Coil and secure cables using cable ties prior to packaging Use chip foam to protect pins and sensitive components from damage Ensure all repair orders include proper work reports and required documentation prior to invoicing Package surplus and repair units with exposed circuitry using protective ESD Mylar bags Package units without exposed circuitry using protective pink bags Work closely with Order Resolution Associates to address discrepancies Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the packaging and fulfillment process Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned Metrics and Measurements Maintain a goal attainment level of 100% based on established performance metrics Failure to maintain at least 85% for two consecutive months may result in MRS action Qualifications Detail oriented Computer literate Some technical competency Knowledge & Skills Required Computer proficiency Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Problem-solving abilities Good communication skills Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus Physical Demands Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Some walking Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion Repeated lifting up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds Compensation The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour . Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
