AI Engineering Platform Senior Manager

Salary: $112,900 - 338,300 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 10 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering, including architecture leadership.
• We need at least 6 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or LLM platforms across major cloud and model providers.
• We need at least 3 years of experience with LLMOps or MLOps at scale and multi-cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• We need at least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams and end-to-end solution delivery.
• We need at least 3 years of experience with AI security, governance, and cost optimization practices for AI.
• We need at least 1 year of experience supporting utilities clients or working in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
• We need a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; an associates degree is acceptable with equivalent work experience.
• Bonus consideration is given to candidates with a masters degree in a relevant field.
• Bonus consideration is given to candidates with cloud architecture or AI engineering certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google.
• Bonus consideration is given to candidates who have shown thought leadership or published innovation work in enterprise AI.

• We architect and deliver enterprise AI platforms across multiple model providers and cloud ecosystems.
• We define reference architectures and technical standards for LLMOps, security, reliability, and cost governance across our AI estate.
• We lead multiple engineering teams delivering AI solutions at scale, providing technical direction, coaching, and quality assurance.
• We act as a senior technical authority on hyperscaler AI services and model selection for enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI deployments.
• We establish FinOps-for-AI practices and embed AI security and governance into platform design.
• We partner with clients and pursuit teams to shape solutions, architectures, and delivery approaches for major AI programs.
• Travel may be required depending on business needs and client requirements.
